Karon Korp, author of the book Remembering Our Spiritual Journey Home – The 12 Keys travels the country inspiring people to find their passion and spiritual purpose in life, lecturing in 40 cities since her book’s release.

After years of kissing frogs, she is happily married to the love of her life, Russ Martin, former two-term Mayor of the City of Asheville, NC. At home, her service is accomplished working, as a Community Consultant and Fundraiser, managing projects and raising money for non-profits and civic organizations. She is a Carl B. Hyatt Award Recipient, a Hixson Fellow, past winner of the “Kiwanian of the Year” Award for service, and in 2006, The Health Adventure’s Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year.

As a traveler to Sacred Sites, she has watched the sunrise from atop the Great Pyramid in Egypt, watched the moon rise at Machu Picchu in Peru, climbed Mayan ruins in Guatemala and Honduras, spoken to the oracles at Delphi, and captured the sun at Haleakala. She is currently working on her next book, due out summer of 2008.
